Kashmiri Threads is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

• You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific product details for any exceptions.

Return Process:

1. Contact us by email at contact@kashmirithreads.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
4. Ship the return package to the address we provide with the RAN.
5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Exceptions:

• We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or damaged.
• We cannot accept returns for items that are missing tags or original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns for custom-made items or items sold as “final sale”.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
